F&F will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. You will need to notify us within 10 working days from receiving your parcel. We will arrange to take back the damaged item and replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, we will arrange a refund.
In the event that you are not satisfied or no longer wish to keep your F&F purchase, you will have 10 working days to notify us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will only be accepted if the item/s are unused and in the same condition they were received in, including the original packaging. It is up to you to cover the cost of the courier as shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Where applicable, refunds will be processed once received by F&F (we will notify you) and after the item/s have been inspected. Please ensure your contact info is clearly marked on the package. If the refund is approved, you will have the choice of receiving a voucher alternatively F&F will EFT you. Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded.
